2. The Service

Game Loop Generator provides AI-powered tools that generate mobile game concepts, market-fit suggestions, keyword processing, and the fusion of multiple game ideas based on user input.

AI models and market data providers may be updated without notice.

The Service is intended for informational and conceptual guidance only.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication or email and password.

You agree to:

 • Provide accurate and complete account information

 • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

 • Be responsible for all actions under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or security concerns.

4. Credit and Payments

The Service operates with a virtual credit system.

Credits are required to generate AI content.

• Credits can be purchased through third-party payment providers (Shopier)

 • We do not store payment card information

 • Credits are non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law

 • Pricing and credit consumption may change

We are not liable for payment errors or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

5. User Content and License

You may submit text inputs, notes, keywords, game ideas or any other data to be processed by AI (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

 However, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, display, and use User Content solely for:

• Generating requested results

 • Service improvement

 • Security and fraud prevention

We do not claim ownership of the final output generated by the Service. You may use generated game concepts commercially.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You must not:

 • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

 • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract datasets or model behavior

 • Access or use others’ accounts

 • Interfere with the Service, security controls, or payment infrastructure

 • Mislead the Service into producing harmful, illegal, or infringing content

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, website content, UI design, software code, and features of Game Loop Generator belong to the Company.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

 You may not copy or redistribute platform functionality or proprietary assets.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated results may include:

 • Errors or inaccurate suggestions

 • Content that is not unique

 • Market or performance assumptions with no guarantee

The Company does not guarantee:

 • Commercial success of any generated idea

 • Legal clearance of produced concepts

 • Continuity, availability, or accuracy of the Service

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

9. Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue any feature at our discretion without liability.

 We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

 • Engage in fraudulent behavior

 • Threaten Service integrity or other users

Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Certain features rely on third-party providers including:

 • Google for authentication

 • Shopier for payment processing

 • OpenAI for AI responses

 • Other analytics and operational services

Their terms and policies also apply to your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for third-party failures or actions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

 • Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations, so certain portions may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold the Company harmless against claims arising from:

 • Your misuse of the Service

 • Content you provide

 • Violations of these Terms

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of laws.
